Finally i decided to lose weight by way of jogging every day for 30 minutes. Not only that, i also started to reduce the consumption of rice and vegetables increase. For side dishes, i prefer foods that are boiled, baked, and steamed and not eating chicken skin. 

Beside that, i also drink 8 glasses of water every day. My motto is eating before satiety. If i was still not satisfied, i will eat a watermelon or boiled peanuts without salt. 

within three months, i managed to lose my weight 14 Kg. Now my weight to 63 Kg. Although not ideal, i will keep trying to lose weight to achieve an ideal weight.
